Love this iPad, how smooth it runs, the size is perfect and love how it has the finger sensor. I enjoy being able to use it with my apple pen.

I bought this ipad in january 2021 and it started rebooting after one month. sometimes battery show 80 percent and next movement 4 percent. Took back to best buy geek squad, they said nothing is wrong. we can not do anything so take it to apple store. NEVER EVER BUY APPLE PRODUCTS FROM BESTBUY, always buy from apple store.

The iPad is great and works very well. Has great battery life and is very convenient

Although your salesman said i would have my items the next day, it was 5 days later and too late for my conference. I had to buy duplicate items to take with me. Some honesty about delivery dates would have been nice. And one cable did not work.

On my second one, on BOTH the battery drains so fast I have to charge three times a day! I’m not sure if I should just return this one too and get something else. I’m so disappointed! Not your fault I’m sure, I’m just disappointed in Apple for such a crappy product.

Sales person was not engaged at all. Did not seem to know the product and they differences in difference apple versions. Wished I had gone to the Apple store, It was like all she wanted to do was just go get the product and not try and sale it.

I ordered open box excellent condition. The item came without charger or lighting cable. I was offered exchange but I bought item for someone else and it was inconvenient to do the exchange. Not buying open box again

Apple iPad Air is good but there are many problems with the device. Some of the apps are not compatible or not support.like WhatsApp, my wallet and calculator. Also, it make some glitches will using it. Not happy with the product at all

Seriously one rewards point? I dropped about 800 on apple product thinking I’ll get my rewards only to see you changed your policy that is so terrible. Last apple purchase I will ever make at best buy and possibly last purchase I make there in general

I am giving 1 star rating just because the item I received had a serious defect - a pixel (or more may be) was missing on the display and it was so obvious! I returned it immediately! P.S. it was in open box excellent condition.

Bought an Apple IPad Air Gen 4. Terrible product without one help which I don’t have. Could not get Mail on outlook. Have to go to mail.yahoo.com. Could not add to bookmarks. Thinking about returning it on Monday July 26, 2021

Was promised by website and associate iPad would be delivered by 27th. Needed it at latest by 28th, due to wife getting deployed overseas. iPad has a scheduled delivery date of Jan 3rd. Very upset about this.

I have had this Ipad for a little over a week and am ready to review. The screen on the Ipad Air 4 is much clearer and bigger than my ipad air 2 . The start up time is faster. The speed of doing things are faster . The cons: The home button is gone which takes a little getting used to. Shutting the ipad off requires you to press two buttons instead of one. There is no guide included in box you have to find your own. And the biggie of of the cons: the cost.

Probably just a bad unit. Wouldn't let me access mail or messages or perform some other basic functions. BB took it back without problems. May try again later.

The worst operating system i have ever used in me 60 years in the computer bussiness. I have worked with over 2 dozen computer computer systems. THIS THE WORST SYSTEM EVER! All IOS programs SUCK.

well as you can see i orders the sky blue color and received a space gray one ,but what very confusing is on the box of the iPad it says sky blue but its space gray inside box

Don’t know been two weeks. Haven’t seen it tracking company doesn’t know been sending request from both. Not a word. Supposed to be two day never showed. Need to get IPad or my money back.

Horible, Still I m trying to activate my T-Mobile phone for last 3 hrs which supposed to be done @ time of old phone trade in and activation, I was told my iphone is ready to go.

It kept stopping on me! Took it back to Best Buy it was froze! Took employee 30 minutes to get to shut down so we could restore it to factory settings so I could return it!
