    Works great for what I want to use it for (video viewing and taking notes for school and work). But the battery life is not that good. I probably have to charge it 3 times a day

    I picked up my purchase at the store. It was not crowded when I arrived and I was taken right away. Then it took 15 minutes to find the item. It should have been ready when I arrived.

    Bought for Xmas to give my ‘old’ 7th gen 10.2 to my stepmom. Great design, light weight & generates literally no noticeable heat during heavy application use but that’s where the good ends. The overall battery life is garbage (even running night mode & turning True Tone off), Liquid Retina is hardly noticeable in 4K environment, no Face ID or low power mode toggle despite running the same A14 chip as the iPhone 12. Will be attempting to return or selling - I do not recommend
