Always satisfied with the products I purchase in BestBuy. I must also add that I went in to see Jonathan in the appliance center. He has been very knowledgeable and helpful in the past. The person I spoke to on my most recent visit was sitting and preoccupied with doing something on the computer. He pointed me to the upright freezers, but didn’t offer any assistance or recommendations. He barely acknowledged me or gave me eye contact. I then proceeded to the iPad/iPhone area and made a purchase from that department without issue.

The thin profile and lightweight body make it incredibly portable, whether I’m carrying it around in my bag or just using it on the couch. The display is one of the standout features. The Retina display is vibrant and sharp, whether I’m watching movies on Netflix, editing photos, or reading articles. The colors pop, and the brightness is more than adequate even in bright environments. If you’re into digital art or photo editing, you’ll appreciate the color accuracy here. Performance: The performance is smooth, even when running demanding apps. iPad delivers snappy performance across the board—apps open quickly, multitasking is seamless, and there’s no noticeable lag even with multiple apps running. I was genuinely impressed with how well it handles both light tasks (email, browsing) and heavier creative tasks (photo and video editing). Apple Pencil Support: Another highlight is the Apple Pencil (sold separately). As a writer and someone who dabbles in digital art, the Apple Pencil has been a game-changer. It’s incredibly responsive, and the pressure sensitivity makes drawing and note-taking a smooth experience. I also use it with the Notability app for quick sketches or handwritten notes—it's much more intuitive than typing on a screen. Battery Life: Battery life is solid, lasting me a full day of use on a single charge. Whether I’m working on projects, streaming media, or just browsing the web, I rarely find myself needing to recharge mid-day. Charging is quick too, especially if I plug it in for an hour or so during lunch. Drawbacks: If I had to pick a downside, it would be the lack of customization options compared to other operating systems like Android or Windows. While iPadOS is stable and intuitive, it can feel a bit restrictive if you’re used to more open platforms. Additionally, the lack of a USB-A port might be annoying for some users, though this is easily remedied with adapters. Final Thoughts: Overall, the iPad has exceeded my expectations. It’s a versatile, powerful device that can adapt to whatever I need it to do—whether that’s creating, working, or relaxing. If you're on the fence about getting one, I highly recommend it. The combination of performance, design, and functionality makes it worth the investment, especially if you're looking for a portable device that can keep up with your day-to-day tasks.

An improved iPad compared with the previous version. All the good things from an iPad. I really liked the screen improvement.

My wife bought this so she could draw tattoos and it works great with everything that she needs to do.

I upgraded to an iPad Air 4th gen from a 2nd gen and it’s way fast and looks way better but it’s battery life is not good at all. Only about a few hours of constant use for office work or gaming. Not that much of an upgrade from the 2nd gen besides the visuals and speed
