I find the quality and use of this iPad quite good although it takes time getting used to how to swipe for unlocking as opposed to closing programs and such.

I was really in love with this tablet and was able to purchase it with the 12 month financing offer that Best Buy offers, nonetheless, my tablet freezes contantly and has a vertical line on the screen. In addition, it has susceptibility issues. I do not bring the tablet outside of the house and have a double cover. It is frustrating having issues that are not my fault. This tablet is too expensive and I guess not worth the money,

Price of the item is on the higher side than other stores offering this item. In store customer interaction and help is also dropping now-a-days.

I have been back to the geek squad three times and the first 2 Times thought everything was set up correctly an very accommodatingly. Upon returning today I was told the program that was part of my purchase does not apply to my iPad Air or iPhone 6 and I have automatic coverage thru Apple but must go to Apple app to enroll. I am not computer savvy and am totally frustrated. I was referred to customer service who promptly told me they cannot help.

Disappointed that I told salesperson I needed a new iPad, explaining mine was 6 years old, and so loaded up with apps, it bogged down. It was a 128gb. He told me this would be better. When I opened it to charge it, I saw it was only 64 gb and I was not happy. I returned it right away.

It's an ipad, but pointless compared to the pro or classic. basically a classic ipad in the pro shell, so not worth the price.

This version does not work in our bonus room. A previous version of the same device always worked in this room over our garage.

I had this IPad less than two years. It completely died. Considering it costs over $600 I was robbed

I am enjoying my IPad. My two issues are battery life and the short charging cord that comes with it.

I went into the Scheriville store asked for a sly blue or black iPad Air gets home open the box and it’s a grey one -.-

I definitely recommend but if your going to waste money might as well go for the more space 64gb really fills up quick

it breaks very easy so be very careful when handling it, but overall it works very well

This is the last ipad i purchase. Its features are so boring as compared to android.

Waited two weeks for my iPad. Also I thought there was a virus protection included. Was it preloaded?. Wasn’t in box

It was purchased as a Christmas gift and has not been opened yet. Difficult to review a product still in the box.

I bought this, as a impulsive. And all I have to say, is I like it but it does the same as the older products.

I would of given it 5 stars but the fact that the charger that came with it was defective was very inconvenient
