Much better than I expected. So many things to learn.

The item it is good, we everyone knows apple and they products. About best buy, the price was good for me good.

A fine piece of technology, designed for human use.

The employees were excellent and product is great.

The thing has locked up multiple times. It obviously has some issues.

Love my new iPad Air, except I hat that the charger is not the same as my old iPad and iPhone Pro.

1. APPLE changed the charging cable to a USB – C which is not compatible the other Apple devices. 1a. Although the USB-C looks like a mini USB Plug, it is not the same and therefore not compatible with other mini USB charging devices. 1b. The iPad equipped with a charger and charging cable, but the charging cable is USB – C at both ends. Therefore I cannot plug the cable into a standard mini USB or standard USB charging device. I solved this problem by purchasing from Amazon USB – C to standard USB cables. 2. The headphone jack is gone a nd my iPad Air won’t pair with my Bluetooth headphone. 3. The home indent button is gone replaced by the side button. You have to hold down simultaneously the side button and the top mounted increase volume button to take a screenshot. It requires both hands and it is not easily accomplished. 4.

It’s nice enough. Transfer from the old one is easy, except pass words. It seems quite heavy with the front and rear cover. Camera and screen are heavy. It really burns through the battery. Charging from the Apple charger is fine and quick but trying to use a non-thunder bolt USBc charging cord adds hours to charging time.

Not happy with new power supply - all my extra 12' cords now useless.

Overall a smooth transition. Main drawback is my most important email account receives, but will not send email. All settings are identical to my older iPad that both sends and receives.

Quality could not be better than what they claim d! Had to return it!

The product is okay but needed help to transfer info from old iPad to new. Customer service is very much a weakness in that the sales staff are spread sooooo thin and have no time to offer help. Not at all happy with my experience at the Gunbarrel Store in Chattanooga, TN. I had to make several trips for one purchase due to shortage of staff at one of the highest volume times of the year.

Great product. Overall rating above doesn’t function so ignore.

Love this iPad it is everything I’ve been wanting. So happy with this purchase. I’m trying to give 5 stars but web page keeps deleting them.

To many passwords to try to remember. System locked 3 times. Had to go to best buy then apppe store to unlock. Refunded tablet unlocked and it locked on best buy as well. They called me in to unlock again.

The screen was broken when we opened box. The only decent part of this was the manager who allowed the return. The screen has lines across the whole top of the apple ipod air.

Have owned my iPad for about 6 weeks and it is now on its way back to apple. Not a happy camper. Almost a thousand dollars and not even in my possession.

Had to send back would not come on. Ordered another through Apple..

Doesn’t hold a charge long at all. I’m very disappointed!!
