    No complaints with this iPad Air 5. I replaced my 2017 iPad Pro 11" with it once it stopped working properly. Decent price and the M1 chip. The latest and greatest without paying 'Pro' money.

    An excellent upgrade for my daughter. It is compatible with second gen Pencil and has rich colors, long battery life, and speed. I recommend getting a case.

    Seems to be working great so far. Although it wouldn't turn on or show any signs of life when plugged in after only about 1 week, so hoping that was an anomaly. Did a factory reset and got it back on. Otherwise beautiful and hope it will continue working great!

    I really like the service Best Buy provided me. The associate that helped was not pushy, trying to get a sale, more like to get a new customer. I had bad experiences with Best Buy years ago and avoided the store as much as I could. I had to go with my son to purchase an item, and was very surprised to be treated so well. So, I decided to give a try. I was not disappointed.
