I got to the desk very early for my appointment and they were not busy so they took me right in and I felt like a fool because I told the guy I could not get onto my new iPad and I was swiping sideways and I was supposed to swipe up I felt like a fool. Then I went over to the telephone department and I needed to get a stand for my phone for my car and another charger port and Maria the sales rep for Apple happen to be there and she was totally wonderful, I could not have asked for a better person to help me as her she went above and beyond in every single way she could to help me and make me feel comfortable I would recommend that she’s in the store more than just once or twice a week she’s totally awesome.

As someone who teaches at a local church this has been a game changer in my ability to plan my lessons and share them with my kids! I also do photography and videography work, and this has made a world of difference in cutting down time when it comes to video production! I have had it for about a year now, and do not regret my purchase one bit!

I love my new Apple 10.9 inch IPad Air. I use it everyday. This replaced my second gen iPad I got nine years ago. I love Apple products. I've been a apple user sense 1986.

I watched many videos and reviews on the best iPad to get without having the hefty price tag and this was it. Sure I could afford the newest one there was, but the extra cost didn’t justify the reasons for me. I actually prefer this over using my phone majority of the time and carry it everywhere with me. I wish it had face recognition would be the only downside. This iPad is more than enough for the average user or student purposes. Don’t waste money on buying more than what you are realistically going to use or benefit from.

A light and well built tablet with lots of power and excellent battery life. Apple bring the power of the M1 chip which is the same chip they use in their mac book laptops and the ipad pro. All at a good mid price point.

The ipad is so efficient very handy not too heavy and is perfect for everything
