Dislike having to purchase wireless headphones or an adapter for my wired headphones.

This is a Best Buy review as I cannot review the product because I am still waiting for it to arrive. Do not order this from Best Buy if you are in a hurry to receive it. I ordered my iPad Air 5th Generation on Feb. 12th and still have not received it and now the shipping is delayed. Also, if you purchase the AppleCare, Best Buy will "activate" your insurance without even receiving the product. I received an email that AppleCare was activated on Feb. 14th. The iPad Air hadn't even shipped yet. I contacted Best Buy's customer support and he was just focused on checking the shipping information. Then told me I had to contact Apple about my insurance. Knowing all of this, I would have paid the extra $150 I saved. I would have my iPad next day or two days after I ordered it. It's been six days now and my update says sometime between Feb. 18th and Feb. 22nd.

After two months usage, the screen froze. None of the restart tips has worked, so it's back to Best Buy. My laptop is also faster downloading things like the local newspaper.

No full screen possible in external monitor. I returned it. It is hard to justify this ipad's relevance since I also own a MacBook Pro 14 which has M1 Pro chip.

I was surprised by the short-life of the IPad battery

Apple has stepped up with the Ipad air, great value and there's no real other tablet thay can compete at this level

Bought this for my wife. She has a pro ipad prior to this. Since this device is used for consuming information, the light form factor is appreciated.

I bought a new iPad Air to replace my old one that was no longer supported. I also purchased a Magic Keyboard for the new iPad. Both were very good purchases. Syncing my data and apps was very easy.

Too difficult to set up for a senior citizen with only basic knowledge of computers.

Excellent iPad! For someone who doesn’t need the iPad Pro but wants the same form factor and a lot of the same features and compatible accessories then the iPad Air is definitely worth it!

The IPAD AIR appears to mostly work (it freezes once in a while). Apple still hasn't learned how to write a really usable user interface.

It’s a great iPad so far I love it I just have to get to know it better I 100% recommend it.

I have been on the fence for awhile now with getting an iPad just because I didn’t really use my past iPads that much. So far I’ve used this more than I thought I would.
