    Horrible company, i got my package stolen from my house and i lasted a month trying to solve the issue with best buy. They never helped a bit, i didnt even care about the money, a replacement would of been ok. So the person that stole my tablet is enjoying it and a multi million dollar company just simply cant return $650. I can guarantee they are not losing nothing, not even 1% of anything by returning my money or replacing the device.

    one star review is for shipping. Ordered iPad on July 13, status changed to "shipped" on July 15th, but Fedex status shows "delayed" and "label printed" and "We'll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package". I can find no way to get a status from BestBuy as to the reason for the delay and when I can expect the shipment.

    I know when you buy an iPad. The main thing isn’t about the camera, but that is a big turn off when I got this one and the pro. The cameras just aren’t up to par.
