    Bought an iPad Air which I really like. Did an upgrade from a 10 year old ipad. Glad I bought it. Employee that waited on me was very courteous and patient with me until I made up my mind. Other tech employees were also courteous and patient with me and answered all my questions. Will certainly go back to Best Buy.

    Love the product except for the low refresh rate. For a product this expensive, the bare minimum refresh rate should be 120hz. Ridiculous that they lower it to upsell the pro.

    It was time for me to upgrade, which is every 2 yrs. iPad Air was discounted 250. and my trade in gave me an additional 181. I could not pass up a great deal. I’m loving it so far, nice features and quality.

    Good product. It was my first Apple universe device and now I have a watch and phone, too. So it's kind of like a gateway drug. Stil, it requires a long learning curve if you are from Intel or Android world.
