    The ipad itself is great! I ordered an 'open box' and the device is spotless. That said, it came with a charger that was not compatible with the device (...which seemed odd.). So, outside of having to seek out a charger that could get me some juice, the device is flawless and runs perfectly so far.

    the salesman who helped me answered all my questions. he brought me over to geek squad to transfer info from my old iPad to my new one. I didn't have an appointment but Augustina Tinoco said i could wait as they only had a few appointments. I waited (not very long) and she did an amazing job setting up the new iPad. she gave me her business card in case I had any issues. great employee

    We bought this iPad for my 6 year old daughter as a replacement for her old one that got lost during the trip to Mexico. She likes it so much that she always keeps it on her sight nowadays even she is not using it. We are so happy for her.
