    We purchased this iPad Air for our son who is entering his Sophomore year in College. He loves it. It is exactly what he was looking for. The quality is good and it is convenient for his biology/pre-med major. The customer service at the Best Buy in Charlotte, Florida was also incredible. We are very happy with our purchase.

    iPad was a gift to my daughter, she had geek squad set it up as this was her first Apple product, geek consultation was very rushed and she was lost when she got home, I helped to answer her questions and she played with the iPad to discover how it works, so far she is very pleased with the purchase but prefers an android.

    What's to say. This is my third Ipad. It, of course, requires a different charging cable other than a lightening cable (which I have an abundance of), but I'll stock the new ones. It works a bit differently without the Home button, but I'm learning it.
