I’m also happy with the service I received when I picked it up. The young man at the counter was very helpful in transferring all of my files and apps to the new device, and made sure I was comfortable that the old device had been completely wiped.

Replaced my kids iPads that they have had since 2018, and they still work... the are just "slow" now. Five years for the last iPad's is a a pretty good run, and hoping for another five years out of these iPads for the kids.
