I needed this iPad for school and it’s the best choice

It has worked very well in most aspects; However, when I am playing it happens that the audio goes away completely, that is, the game audio goes away for no reason and until I do some action like lower a tab or something, the volume does not return. Additionally, on some occasions I feel that after 45% of the battery it starts to discharge more quickly.

I have always gotten great, professional service from the Best Buys that I have dealt with. My best experiences have been from the Twin Falls, Idaho and Logan, Utah locations. The Twin Falls store has been the most helpful as I am somewhat computer challanged.

Love my iPad. Use it for Netflix streaming, listening podcast.

I had an older model iPad and I decided to upgrade. I love the color, blue, and I can’t believe I waited so long to get a new one. The brightness of the screen, love it!! I mostly use my iPad to watch movies and FaceTime. I’m 100% happy with my purchase.

Haven’t had any problems with it, was brand new, and works great. The purple is more blueish than light purple though

I purchased the 256GB iPad Air 5 model for my gf and she's been in love with it ever since we got it. Speakers are very loud which comes in handy when wanting to watch shows on Disney+ or Netflix. Definitely recommend

Amazing device by apple, my kid love the tablet. I was happy till she dropped the device. The only downside about buying in best buy is that they sell you the geeksquad membership which is $200 a year and ofcourse should cover for any damage. They promote that since you have membership you shoukd not worry about apple care since anything you purchase with them is under warranty by best buy. For my furtune my last membership automatic payment did not went through. I didnt notice and now every singe device that i purchased are no longer cover at all. Everything cancelled. If you can just purchase apple care directly and avoid this best buy crap. Just for my tablet repairs im looking from $250 - $450 just to repai the screen and power button.
