Great purchase I made for my daughter. She loves it so much. I also purchase one for my other daughter and she does all her graphic designing on it.

I upgraded from Gen 2 and I found a lot of evolution like battery life, quality of movie an sound , speed and so on. This is an excellent tablet. I love it！

Worked with Wren at the Washington, UT store. She was fantastic. Knowledgeable, efficient, and got me in and out quickly! I had purchased a new iPad two weeks prior, only to learn that I didn't get enough memory. Best Buy offers a 15-day return on any product. I couldn't believe it.

I was replacing an iPad Pro, and have been very happy with this iPad Air. Sari was very helpful with trade in of old device and new iPad set up.

Super product. Transfer of data was fast and smooth. Final tweaks of settings up and running in minutes after transfer plus a few found during use that were very minor. Very pleased with this version complimenting my 2016 iPad Pro 32 GB which is resource limited.

Jumping from an older iPad to an iPad Air was a major jump in performance. If Apple would just stop asking me to finish my setup and set up Applepay this would be great.

The iPad is working great. My daughter is very pleased with absolutely no complaints. We purchased an off-brand keyboard and case, which have also worked seamlessly with the iPad, so all around we are very pleased.

I have heard many good things about this I-Pad Air. I look forward to using it for everything I do w/ my I-Pad Mini, but with the additional app that allows reading musical scores and marking my scores w/ my Apple pencil!

This is a beautiful iPad. It is my first iPad, so I cannot compare it to previous models. There is only one reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars, and that is because Apple has not figured out how to have customers with hearing aids use multiple Apple devices and have them work with the hearing aids by handing them off. Apple says it works, but it doesn't. When I'm watching/listening to a video on the iPad, and my iPhone rings, I cannot answer the call on my Hearing Aids. Until Apple resolves this issue with hearing aids, I will never give their products more than 4 stars.
