The holiday price drop and Trade-In option made the decision to upgrade to IPad Air easy. USB C connection iis the best thing to happen to IPad.

Love it, just be aware if you have waited a long time between ipads it is different and had a little trouble doing the transfer from old to new, but finally worked and get the pen if you can as I love it.

I have enjoyed my iPad Air since I purchased it. I have other laptops however my iPad is always with me. I read daily since I have retired. I use it for any information I need. And if it becomes unusable I will immediately purchase a replacement. The color graphics and photos have glorious color, my photos are so much better on my iPad than my later model I phone.

WHEN I finally got someone to help me, things were great. I waited in one line for an out 20 minutes & then was told to go over to where iPads were & someone would be with me. Well about 30 minutes later, someone did come to help me. He had also waited on someone else while I waited on him. YOU NEED MORE HELP!!

Nice tablet make sure you really research because there's not a lot of keyboards to choose from that are cases. And not a lot of screen protectors to buy out in stores better to order everything online. Make sure you have internet Wi-Fi as this device only connects to Wi-Fi. If you don't have internet get a SIM card and a data plan with this

Haven’t had any problems with it, was brand new, and works great. The purple is more blueish than light purple though

The product itself is great. The buying experience was positive until after I bought it and decided to add a screen protector for my big investment. You charge $15 just to apply the screen protector that took the tech 30 seconds. Verizon and other phone cat Tier’s do this as a courtesy for spend a thousand dollars on a phone. Just poor form, imo.

I am still learning the ins and outs of using the iPad Air but thus far, for what I'm using it for, my experience has been amazing. The iPad Air 5th gen I got is fast and has great screen resolution.

Phenomenal product, would highly recommend for a middle of the road (price-wise) iPad that is still durable and sleek.

I enjoy all Apple products. I plan on getting another one when it goes on sale. The only problem is choosing the color!

Bought this device for son to ise in highschool. The device seems to be of high quality and my son loves to use it. Taking notes in class and conpleting assignments have really evolved from my time.

1st. Owned Ipad. Very impressed with the purchase and function of this device. Great accompaniment to my iPhone. Fast. Very good screen but brightness level could be much better but seems to be par for the course along with my IPhone. Price should definitely be better for what you get but would recommend. Battery life could definitely be better.
