Excellent upgrade of the Ipad Air. I upgrded from 64GB 3rd gen unit and its is so much faster, display is more clear and the extra memory is much needed. The USB-C charging works well and is a departure from the lightning plugs but Apple is as Apple does but it comes with a nice USB-C cable.

If you're coming from a Windows tablet you may be confused by the clunky operating system.

The battery stopped working after the manufacturers warranty expired. After calling Best Buy support and repeatedly asking if anyone was there, I was put on hold for 10 minutes with the response that there was nothing they could do for me because I cancelled Total Tech. The rep was actually reprimanding me for doing so. She could not give me any information about what to do next and knew nothing about the Apple Care warranty I supposedly got with this purchase. This iPad along with case, keyboard and screen protector cost almost a grand. Best Buy support is practically non existent and they are unable to stand behind or give you the most basic information about your purchase.

Best iPad ever! The screen is clear with brilliant colors - and the ability to pair it with a blue tooth keyboard and pencil makes using it almost as nice as my MacBook Pro computer!

It’s an Apple product that I didn’t care for to much, within the 2 month it became unresponsive, I’m glad I got Apple care coverage, that was an awesome experience.

I had an iPad from several generations ago and loved it. I decided it was time to upgrade to a newer model and I'm so disappointed. It's almost comical how many things I would have done differently. Why put the headphone jack at the bottom center? Now when laying in bed, you have an uncomfortable plug digging into your chest. You can flip it over, but now the power button rests on the chest and any slight bump will hit the power button. The edges on the older versions were smooth. The new right angle edges are much less comfortable to hold or rest on chest. The battery life on this new one seems worse than my iPad I bought five years ago.

A little too pricey. Some changes on Home Screen are confusing. No obvious dissemination of updates or changes to fundamental usage.

This works for school, but battery drains quickly. I should have paid the extra for the Pro.

This is my second iPad Air and I’m glad I upgraded to it. Performance is excellent and love the blue color. Only thing I’m not a fan of is iOS16.

It was ok. Didn’t love how the one wrote with it and even with apple care- was having problems transferring data.

It chooses to block me from doing basic things like editing an email at the most inopportune times. But that is Apple for you.

Looks great. There’s a small scratch on the back but with a case you cannot see it. Stopped charging after a month though.

Excellent enough that I bought another one for my wife a few months later. Just spend the extra amount and go for this over the standard ipad- which i think looks dated now.

iPad was ready for pick up, however, staff leaves a lot to be desired

While this is a newer version and heavier-does not turn off easily, and very difficult to close screens!! becoming extremely frustrating

I bought the lates model of the IpadAir- and I am very happy with my decision

I don’t know if I like it ? It lost some of my information along with passwords . Not good plus no instructions with it.. and it’s been freezing up on me , Ana in not good!!

Dislike having to purchase wireless headphones or an adapter for my wired headphones.

This is a Best Buy review as I cannot review the product because I am still waiting for it to arrive. Do not order this from Best Buy if you are in a hurry to receive it. I ordered my iPad Air 5th Generation on Feb. 12th and still have not received it and now the shipping is delayed. Also, if you purchase the AppleCare, Best Buy will "activate" your insurance without even receiving the product. I received an email that AppleCare was activated on Feb. 14th. The iPad Air hadn't even shipped yet. I contacted Best Buy's customer support and he was just focused on checking the shipping information. Then told me I had to contact Apple about my insurance. Knowing all of this, I would have paid the extra $150 I saved. I would have my iPad next day or two days after I ordered it. It's been six days now and my update says sometime between Feb. 18th and Feb. 22nd.
