I decided that this product is not for me. I had issues with everything not syncing from my iPhone, and decided that if it was going to be so much trouble to carry over (especially my contacts), I would rather do without it. The swiping features were also different from the iPhone, and was a bit confusing as to how to access certain applications. I returned it.

It's a good ipad but when you add a keyboard to it, it's more heavier than a 2 in 1 laptop. This makes it feel bulkier and not worth it.

I don't like the volume buttons. They seem "reversed" and require a pretty good amount of pressure to get them to adjust. The power button is located at the top left which if you have a tendancy to use the device while "moving around" as opposed to using on a desk top, the power button has a tendancy to get pressed which of course turns the power off.

Got this open box item and it came excellent! This is a great buy. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and no problem. Will buy open box items again.

Love the new ipad air 5. Very responsive. The screen clarity is so clear and crisp. Able to make it mine without difficulty from having a 6 year old ipad pro.

This is actually a gift for my wife. She is using it already and loves it. Best Buy was the best price we found and the shipping was faster than expected.

The battery life of iPad Air 5th generation is disappointing, they claim 10 hours, it’s 3 max in reality, I thought it was a defect device and returned it, then new one is doing the same, I have had most iPad generations and battery life was never an issue, but this time it is!

Disappointing — doesn’t load pictures from other devices, or connect w/ my iPhone or Mac computer. I have even been in store to work w/ Geek squad — he was unable to fix. Even text messaging not working. A very expensive item to play a game on

Got this for our granddaughter for college. She still gushes about how wonderful it is and how much it helps her to this day.
