    Power issues. Pad started resetting when on battery power. No issues when power plugged in. Best Buy stood by their holiday return policy. Waiting for our replacement.

    Worst experience ever… definitive bad. The carrier decided to cancel the order when i called because i got no information and best buy instead of cancelling my order they decided to charge me. I call cs and they said i was going to get a refund just to find out two days later they didn’t and had to call again to make sure they did it. Reported it to bbb

    I wish I could review the product except my package got lost in transition and Best Buy is being HORRIBLE with helping me out with this situation. It has been 3 weeks and although they have confirmed it was lost by the carrier, they have yet to replace it for me. Which is horrible as this was a birthday present for my daughter’s 18th bday! Worst customer service ever!

    Best Buy Black Friday deal wasn’t as good as a few weeks later when it dropped to stopping $650. Best Buy reimbursed me the difference. It’s still a lot of money

    I haven’t received my IPad yet! And I am still waiting for this. I haven’t had any news for this yet. It has been the worst experience that I have had with this company. I really hope they give my IPad or refund the cost of this that it was already paid. One of his employers stole this or you guys never sent me this.
