Purchased for my mom, she loves it. Replaced her 5 yr old iPad Air. No complaints, was a little pricey, but she loves it.

Item was as expected a quality product. Connects to existing apps and works with many of our current word processors.

Enjoying using it, but I am still learning about its various functions and capabilities. Satisfied with the product.

iPad died on 2/25/2023. Geek Squad appointment to exchange for new IPad extremely difficult to obtain

Awkward. Need classes to use this iPad. The older model was easier to use. The screen is too touchy, and jumps to areas I don’t want to go to. I’m sorry to have purchased it and don’t recommend it.

Upgraded from previous regular iPad model. Better processor and better resolution. Very happy so far.

The iPad Air is a great device, and I’m getting a lot out of it. This replaces a 10-year-old original Air model that can’t the latest version of iOS. Fingerprint ID is huge, as is the ability to run all the latest software. The processor is blazing fast, I have plenty of memory and storage, and WiFi connectivity is excellent. I’m also looking forward to using a new Apple Pencil 2 with this machine. My only gripe is the design decision Apple has made for all its new iOS devices: no headphone jack! As a musician, I need good quality WIRED headphones, not Airbuds or other wireless listening devices. So I had to buy a stupid dongle from a third-party source to plug into the USB-C port just to use a pair of headphones with an ⅛-inch jack with my new iPad — a significant downgrade from the 10-year-old model. My rating of Best Buy for this purchase is 5 stars. It was easy, the price was great, and customer service when I went to pick up the iPad at my local store was flawless and cordial. They didn’t even try to sell me an extended warranty!

Haven’t used it. It is a Christmas gift. Will post later after usage.

It works but I didn’t it was an older model the kid told me it was the latest. After I purchased it y’all sent me a link to buy it cheaper one and with a rebate

Excellent upgrade from an iPad Air generation 2! So much faster, 11 inch screen is noticeably larger without being too big. Great battery life, tremendous deal. Will add a 2nd generation Apple Pencil. Highly recommend!

Love this IPad so much! I have the latest model of the IPad Pro 12.9, and bought this as a back up IPad but the battery life, performance, and overall ease to carry around has now turn this into my main iPad. It’s by far a great deal, and Best Buy had it at my door step in no time.

Apple iPads have always been very high quality, however this particular color and model there’s a very loud noise when holding the iPad on the back near the Apple logo.
