iPad was shipped and arrived on time with zero damage. Perfect tablet for drawing when paired with the apple pencil. The size is comfortable which makes it big enough while being easy to hold. Would recommend for anyone looking to draw on a tablet or use as an all around device.

Love my IPad Air!! It is easy to use. I love the fact that I can take it anywhere I go. That was one of my reasons for checking the different IPad’s out. My sales person was very helpful in the process of picking out the best one for my needs.

Awesome device! The open-box option was much cheaper with no issues. At first, the lock screen would only show the date in Chinese/Japanese (the language options and calendar options were all set to English), but once I updated the device, that issue resolved itself. Everything else was perfect from the start. Love it!

Overall very happy with our purchase- Has a great battery life, Display is sharp. We purchased this to carry with us for work estimates and couldn't be happier. Set-up was extremely easy to sync with business iPhone. Have yet to use all the features available in this model but overall extremely happy with value to dollar spent.

I haven’t purchased a new iPad since the first generation. I never felt the need until recently when my use for the iPad shifted. The item has exceeded my expectations! It is easy to carry around to work and other functions, and the service at Best Buy was awesome!

I've been using this iPad as a college student and it's been great! If your gonna get one for work or school definitely get the 256GB for plenty of storage. If you're an artist procreate is also good on this device too.

Everything with this order went great and as expected! I am never ordering my electronics from Amazon ever again ! This iPad is Great for school and the camera is good for the things I need it for relating for school ! If your in college this will definitely make your life 10x easier! I do recommend getting 256 GB of storage because 64gb is definitely not enough coming from and engineering major who is heavily involved on campus and internships/ research projects along with the normal course work ! I also recommend not getting an off brand Apple Pencil to take your notes with. It’s just so much easier to use the apple 2nd generation pencil for note taking !

Upgraded my iPad that was 8 years old to a new one. It is so much faster, the display is brighter and clearer, and I love the ability to unlock with the touch of a finger! Two thumbs up for me.

Great interface snd excellent graphics. Ease of setup and use was greatly appreciated! I recommend getting the matte screen protector to give the pencil that ‘on paper’ feel.

I love it! Such a useful tool to take notes on. I use it as a notepad and with the Apple pen you will never need a notebook and pen again. So smooth!

I've bought the Ipad Air 5th generation for my wife, who is "old school" Artist. From the first day she started to paint/design and found it incredible easy and quality wise perfect on Ipad Air.

I love my new iPad and the process was seamless to turn in my other iPad and get it for a credit. Definitely recommend going through Best Buy for all your electronic needs. I did everything right from the comfort of my own home.

Works well but not all apps work seamlessly but over all work fast and is easy to use for us old fogies. The camera very nice.

It is a technology at another level, a great experience ,This great technology has helped me in my daughter's education.
