    Great experience. We did the trade in the same time as we bought this iPad. The trade in value for our iPad Air 3rd gen is fair and everything was so smooth! Got the new iPad within 30 minutes!

    Not a fan of the changes from my older iPad. First of all stop changing the plugs. What a hassle, also there’s no port for wired headphones so I can’t charge it and listen on my earphones at the same time. All these stupid attachments you have to buy to make it work is ridiculous. Apple is going backwards not forwards in technology. Might be my last apple anything.
