Amazing device by apple, my kid love the tablet. I was happy till she dropped the device. The only downside about buying in best buy is that they sell you the geeksquad membership which is $200 a year and ofcourse should cover for any damage. They promote that since you have membership you shoukd not worry about apple care since anything you purchase with them is under warranty by best buy. For my furtune my last membership automatic payment did not went through. I didnt notice and now every singe device that i purchased are no longer cover at all. Everything cancelled. If you can just purchase apple care directly and avoid this best buy crap. Just for my tablet repairs im looking from $250 - $450 just to repai the screen and power button.

This is my third iPad. It was easy, with the help of the terrific tech assistants at Best Buy. My iPhone and iPads are all in sync with each other. I also bought a keyboard and am happy with the operation of everything.

WHEN I finally got someone to help me, things were great. I waited in one line for an out 20 minutes & then was told to go over to where iPads were & someone would be with me. Well about 30 minutes later, someone did come to help me. He had also waited on someone else while I waited on him. YOU NEED MORE HELP!!

I really like my iPad Air. I thought I would miss the "home button " but you get used to it and I also bought the "pencil " it's fun to use to write. I must add the battery seems to get warm almost like my older iPad especially when playing some games

This iPad Air 5th generation is excellent, I had many iPads in the past, this iPad Air is even better screen display than my previous 2,3, and 4th generations iPads.

I bought this for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves it! I was wondering about sending text messages, since it doesn't have cell phone service, but even that works!

My daughter loves her iPad. iPad is the premier tablet. The color is more of a bluish purple, not a straight purple. She out a purple case on it and the back looks more purple now.

Everything I need in an Ipad. Crisp pictures and good for watching videos. I would definitely recommend this model.
