    My Service Techs at the 21st south Salt Lake City Store were available, courteous, knowlegeable and clearly worked as at team. These sales/tech agents were Will, Angelo, David and CJ. When I dropped off my IMac for service yesterday, Ember was also available (though I was late for my appointment!), courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and also a team player. I am happy to give this Best Buy location my business. So far I am very happy with my new iPad Air
