    Customer service in the Wallkill location was very helpful and the look on my granddaughter’s face when she opened it on Xmas morning was priceless! Also bought the pen as well. So far everything seems to be working well!

    This was an upgrade from my last iPad, I like the new pen compared to the first gen. Finding a cover and screen protector that fit was a pain as Apple has made everything just a little bit different, causing problems when trying to protect your purchase.
