    Overall a surging works fine. Only issue is that my volume buttons functions are backwards. The down volume turns it up and the up volume turns it down. Not sure if that’s a Apple or Best Buy malfunction

    It fits my needs, and works well. The low storage is a little worrysome when it comes to future use but its getting the job done as a purely media consumption device.

    Replaced an old IPad Air that would not update past 12.3. My favorite thing about the pads are the touch screen. I could not transfer data as my old one would not allow the Quick Start so I made a Geek Squad appt and was pleasantly surprised at the speed that we got my data transferred.
