    This was a purchase for my husband. He seems to be quite happy with the iPad. It replaces one he has been using for several years. I took off one star because it is difficult to get help in the Best Buy store. The gal who helped us was great but there might have been another purchase later (a desk top computer) if we had been able to get someone to answer some questions for us. Understaffed. And we do not have enough patience to wait for a long time.

    I love this iPad. I got it to replace an older version. The M1 chip works great. The best part about getting through Bestbuy is the options for extended warranty. Great value.

    This ipad air has a litany of great features, which I put use almost everyday. This device is great for writing documents, looking at PDFs, and even for media consumption on your favorite streaming services. The battery life is average: lasting around 2 hours colors without a charge. 4/5.

    Customer service in the Wallkill location was very helpful and the look on my granddaughter’s face when she opened it on Xmas morning was priceless! Also bought the pen as well. So far everything seems to be working well!
