    I wish it’s more lightweight. Despite its called Air, using this with one hand still quite fatiguing.

    Customer service was great. Very friendly during my trade in and then purchase of a new iPad. I did have to wait a little bit but it was later in the day so I anticipated that may happen.

    My previous iPod air was the first generation Air. Although this newer model has improved features, it does not have the option of using cellular or GPS.

    Then price of about $350 was a stealer.. You cant go wrong either with any Apple prodcut nor woth Best busy.. the delivery was also timely… thanks BB team…

    My 60plus year old wife says her i-pad gave new least on life. She can shop on line. Plus get beauty & health tips. She is on it all the time. Only thing she has shown interest in and quite a while. Except for me...

    Was very skeptical at first but finally just went for it. Note taking hasn’t been easier in my lifetime. Best part is when I need a break I would listen to music or watch a show. I wish I bought one earlier.

    alongside with the apple pencil I have this has been perfect for note-taking for my math classes at my University and is a great future-proof alternative to notebooks plus real nice for media playback

    Great iPad. My wife and I traded our old iPads in and got a great President's Day deal at Bestbuy for the Air 5's. She got purple and I got the blue. We are very happy with both.

    I originally was ordering from Amazon but a Best Buy associate helped me over the phone better than in-person. He helped set up my order online and my ipad was ready at pick-up

    Great overall experience went to a location in Lakewood and a worker assisted me through the whole process with getting a credit card. I was able to purchase my first Ipad for school!
