So far I am very pleased with the iPad Air 10.9. I am replacing an 8 year old iPad that worked great and still works fine.

Works great! I love how clear the visuals are when watching a show and the speakers on both ends of the IPad.

One of my best purchases. It has so many great uses from creative apps like procreate and adobe illustrator, and gaming on here is actually pretty impressive as well.

I’ve bought this item back in February for my birthday and it was a great purchase. I use it for school and it’s amazing. I have zero regrets about it

Purchased the IPad Air as well as the pen as a gift for my daughter. She looks forward to using both for school. She will use the pen to take notes and the various apps to further support her academics.

I love my iPad and when I bought it at Best Buy they really have me such a great and smooth experience I was happy and content with my purchase and till this day I am!

Mostly good experience with some negative aspects. So I will just list some of the cons that I am facing. Cons: - The UI seems a bit unintuitive to me. - There are a lot of limitations when using third party softwares. For example, some of the features of the pen do not work when using onedrive instead of their own PDF reader.

Apple always delivers. My only overall complaint is that their batteries aren’t change able when they get years of wear on them. My other Ipad this was replacing worked fine other than the battery life was down to about 2 hours.

This was the perfect graduation gift for my stepdaughter, she loves to draw and wanted it for that, we also got her the pen, she loves it.

Finally gave in , got one. Love it! Now I’m an iPad adult and carry it everywhere because why not? It’s mine! Pencil is expensive but buy the real one to save you a headache, trust.

I use this iPad for work and surfing the net and checking email at home. I take notes with the new Apple Pencil 2.

Love the ipad overall but i had to return it twice due to backlight bleed and something being sealed between the glass and the display. I feel Apple is usually good with QC so it was a bit disappointing. Regardless, Best Buy took care of me and made sure I got a unit i was happy with. So it all worked out in the end.

The tech helped me find exactly what i was looking for in a tablet, they were just wonderful and i live my ipad even though i am an android user

It's a decent iPad to draw or do some work, screen isn't the best but does its work.

I really like my tablet it sinks up with all my apple products and it’s easy to use I never leave my house with out it!

One of the best Apple product that I have bought and my daughter now wants one.
