    Customer service was horrible. I was told over and over my product would be at my house the next day. This went on for days.

    A present for my sister, since her old one started not holding a charge as well. She uses it for school and a lot of art projects, so this is a great fit.

    Love the iPad and the whole Apple ecosystem. Bought this for my child. He loves using the Apple Arcade that is provided by us being in the Apple One Premier subscription for the family. I just wish Apple could make a user interface for children so that they don’t have access to settings and a few other apps

    Sprung for total tech got the free apple care so if a clumsy family member drops it or goes to any virusy websites i know that apple and geeksquad has our back.

    Bought this for daughter to use for her classes. Also bought the magic pencil. So many great features! Perfect for taking notes in class and using with a Smart Keyboard when need to use like a laptop.

    Although I don't like apple products, this tablet is good. I bought it for a friend outside the USA. For me the only problem is been an Apple product.

    Very happy and satisfied with this IPad. I had iPad Pro before, this one is few levels up than it. Screen resolution, and overall quality of product is very good.

    This iPad is so thin! It is also one of the only non-pro models to still have the Magsafe strip on the side for the Apple Pencil which is (imo) the only way that the Pencil should work with iPads. A port for SD cards should be added though, locking the device's memory capacity is a not-so-cheap trick.
