Get the pro instead

However the 64GB reached capacity quickly and I realized that I need at least 128GB. So I upgraded to the iPad Pro and glad I did. It has 4 speakers, ProMotion, brighter screen and more memory at the entry level. Do yourself a solid and just get the pro.

Loving It

It mostly shines when doing especially demanding tasks, like editing and exporting 4K video or managing large file transfers. The Air is capable of doing those jobs,

The Air allows the ability to download a few more apps that require the M1 chip (some photo and video editing apps and possibly a few graphic intense games) which is one reason to spend a little more but for most people the Air is simply not necessary and the iPad 10 would be sufficient.

Get the Air and save $200...

Sure the camera may be a tad less then the pro but I dont know many people walking around with their ipads taking pictures. If you have the option to choose either one...choose the Air, it just makes more sense.

Great tool for college

The battery is quite durable, it gives me four days of taking notes for approximately 6 hours. It is incredible that when it is blocked it has a save power mode where it does not consume any battery. Together with the Apple Pencil and the Good Notes app, they are the ideal combination for students.
