    The device works well, but when the package was delivered, I was unpleasant. Because the first impression of the box was horrible, dirty, ugly patched duck tape, crushed box.

    Haven’t had it a month yet and has already frozen up. Screen froze had to reboot to get it working again. Somewhat dissatisfied.

    This replaces my much older iPad and I am delighted with its improved features, including sound and screen resolution. I actually watched a British movie on it because it did not have subtitles and many of the accents were challenging on my large screen TV, but the sound quality of the iPad removed all issues. The Magic Keyboard is also much more user friendly than the older Apple keyboard. The new features are easily reviewed and learned via onlline tutorials.

    I love this ipad. It’s great for taking notes, especiyif you get the apple pencil. However, the battery is horrible. If you leave it be, it’ll last for days. But, even with small apps like notes drain the battery like crazy. I went from 100% to 40% in 2 hours.
