    I'm a little disappointed about how fast the battery dies for this particular iPad. I have had an iPad in the past and the battery life was amazing. I'm not sure what Apple did differently but they should look into it. It's way expense for the battery to die so soon.

    I was not able to use this product. It was delivered while I was out and it was set outside next to my garage door. It poured rain and the product was in a plastic shipping bag. It leaked and the box and iPad got wet. I was able to take it to my local BB store and get credit for it. They did not have this iPad in stock so I had get an older model because I needed it that day for a gift.

    best buy was great but the product wasnt...wouldnt turn off no matter ho longer i pushed the button...wouldnt take my transferred aps frommy old ipad..and the fingerprint would set uup. i had to return it and will wait a while to try this again
