    Great customer service and quick purchase. The unit’s battery life is not great. I had my last one only for a year before it cracked. The screen should be make more durable!

    It’s nice and all, but the battery dies fast. Always have to charge it. You definitely don’t need the pencil that you can add to it. And the to look for a case is hard to find. I had to go on Amazon to get one that I like.

    This was a Christmas present for my daughter who is junior in high school. She is a dedicated student. So far (she has only had it a week), she love it! She also got the pencil and loves being able to take notes write on the tablet. She is hoping that this will be a tool to help her succeed in college.
