Great Ipad

I get that the geek squad is busy in Richfield, but they never finished the initial set up for me. As a result none of my apps worked. I ended up going out to the Geek squad in Burnsville who figured out the problem. Even there I was limited to 20 minutes to fix the problem. Really not crazy about my sales person either, she was all ready to go home and couldn’t bother to explain the advantages of the IPad or to download my stuff from my old IPad. Not sure I would buy another product from the store in Richfield.

Upgrade

I am adjusting to not having a home button any more but other then that the new iPad is significantly better and clearer. The usb-c charger is also an upgrade for me since I no longer need as many cables plugged in to my outlets.

Apple ipad and best BestBuy unbeatable pair

The associate was easy to deal with, the whole tramsction took less than 15 minutes. The iPad works great, i have one and use it for so many daily tasks, i would be lost without it

The resolution is beautiful the rentina display is unmatched you won’t be disappointed. Battery life is roughly 10 hours plenty to get through the day. Overall I would give this ipad a 10 easy definitely glad I purchased the air!!

Wonderful upgrade

My only complaint is that for the price and power of the m1 chip, i hope the base storage started at atleast 128 gb
