bought this as a present for my bf and he uses it for work, i also have an air but recently switched to the mini. My bf was thinking about trading it in for a laptop as this ipad air can be used as a laptop by attaching a keyboard however it doesnt really perform like a laptop. he likes the fact that he can airdrop to it and the touchscreen but its a bit more challenging to maneauver like a normal computer. When you are looking up on safari the websites dont really load and fit to the screen size so you have to zoom in and out constantly unlike a laptop which would automatically load a website that fits to the page and screen size. The ipad air is definitely more for someone that is looking to do more note taking, art and using it as a large phone instead of like a laptop.Battery life also isnt great so if ypu dont mind the size difference i recoomend the ipad mini for better battery life.

Great iPad for value price in comparison. Unfortunately it doesn’t work with some newer products like the pencil pro but that is usual with Apple.

Love it as a comparable option to the pro. I was leary as this is my first apple product. I got the pro for my daughter and found myself intrigued by the different versions of apps available. So for my birthday I decided to treat myself to one. I didn’t need as much as the pro offered so I’m glad the air was available.

Overall I'm quite pleased with it. This tablet offers a fantastic blend of performance, portability, and display quality.

If you are a creative person. This iPad is for you! The M1 chip combined with the 10.9" form factor, is perfect! I have never owned an iPad before this one and I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew I'd be using it for creative things like photo editing and graphic design, and it's perfect for that. Fits great in small backpacks as well.

Super light, amazing graphics! I didn't need to upgrade my 8 year old iPad because we know all Apple products last forever.. But I needed to try the pen! I'm so glad I did..

Great device with Apple Silicone. Got it on a deal $200 off. Can’t pass that up. The Air is nice middle road version of the IPad. Can’t go wrong!

Absolutely in love with my iPad, this came in handy when I started college. Got in in my purple (my favorite color) & battery is holding up pretty good! It charges as fast as my phone and I love how I can jump screens when using my MacBook!

Bought it for my wife for school she absolutely loves it. Got it together with the Logitech keyboard cover and apple pen so essentially its a macbook with a touch screen. She's able to do pretty much all assignment no problem

Decent upgrade from prior version of ipad air , however apple can better and get in face id and additional abse storage

It’s an Apple! So easy to set up even for a non techie. Lots to learn and options but for me is pretty intuitive. I had an ipad changed to a Surface because of a good deal but within 2 yrs went back to Apple.

It’s a good iPad for designing, watching movies or playing low key games. It does tend to get hot where the battery is but easily fixed when turning down the brightness which can be a bit annoying. I will be upgrading though to keep up with my design business

I love my iPad. For months I was going back and forth about whether I should get one and I do not regret my decision. If you are on the fence about it I recommend buying one and at least trying it out.

Screen resolution is excellent, speakers are supposed to be a step below the Ipro but wife has it and they sound just as good. Everything else is comparable except the Pro has more cameras. Since I normally am not taking photos with my iPad the Air was a no brainer being at a lower price point.

Excellent!!! First time as iPad owner and I am grateful with the purchase and price. After learning M1 chip is on this device, brings me confidence that I can do almost anything demanding.
