I am replacing a 10 year old iPad Air, on which it is no longer possible to update the software. The new ipad is much faster, has more storage space and a much better visual experience. I should have done this sooner. My only comment would be that the ipad will not shut down by pressing the start and a sound key. Instead, I have to go to Settings to shut down. Its not really a problem, just different.

Updated from my 9.7 pro and what an upgrade! Great screen and snappy response thanks to M1 cpu and more RAM. Touch ID on the power button took some getting used to but works well. I chose the slim Apple cover over the bulky 3rd party ones and added Apple care just in case.

Easy to setup and use. Good quality Apple tablet which I want to have for years. I love it and I am using it every day. Wish it can log in use Face ID which it only have Touch ID at this time.

I’ve had several iPads and tgis is the one that I am enjoying the most. I also purchased the pencil love how you can charge it with the iPad now.

Its my first time to apple environment. The experience is great. I bought it at offer on 449+taxes. Its worth the price. I would suggest not to buy 9th/10th gen. Rather go for air

I bought this iPad for work for notes and to write up on documents and it was better than expected! I also use it for my personal stuff as well, I travel a lot and it’s perfect size to download tv episodes or movies and the picture is awesome!

This iPad is definitely worth the upgrade. The M1 processor is a nice upgrade that leads to everything working smoothly and quickly.

Android/windows user for majority of my life and took the plunge on a ipad. I'm enjoying the simplicity of the ecosystem and amazing battery life. I will always be amaze that a desktop processor M1 chip is in this thing without being hot.

Great Service, literally came next day! I enjoy the iPad, it is very useful for school especially when taking notes. Great battery life and clear, good quality camera. More than enough space and love the color! Definitely invest in one of these.

I have used different apple ipads before and for the first time bought ipad air as of now no complaints hope it's going to perform like my other ipads. Overall satisfied for now.

This replaced my IPad Air from 2015… easy to use, battery lasts much longer, lighter in weight, faster speed…no longer using my old desktop computer- this does everything for me..

Had to get this latest generation 5. Heard it was one of the best Apple has produced. So I traded in my generation 4. Been happy ever since. Love the blue color!

The iPad and Apple pencil we purchased are great and the cost was less than if we purchased them from Apple or other sources. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great iPad. My wife and I traded our old iPads in and got a great President's Day deal at Bestbuy for the Air 5's. She got purple and I got the blue. We are very happy with both.

After researching what ipad would work for me, I chose the iPad Air. Great price at Christmas time. Wonderful iPad. I am replacing an IPad Pro. This model does everything I will ever want to do.
