    I came in to recycle my computers. One I got credit on and the other I had to just recycle. It was a nicer experience than I thought it would be and the tech was very patient and kind. I had already came in prior to look at the iPads. And Kiana at that time helped me out. So when I came in I had an idea of which one I needed and wanted to purchase. Rob helped me not only purchase it but helped me set up everything I needed! Everyone I met at the store is patient, knowledgeable and has manners! They have my attention! I will and have come back again for other items!

    A lot cheaper than the M1 laptop and comes with a touch screen. We upgraded from a Samsung S6 Lite gen 1. It’s fast. Apple has great products but they tend to be expensive. This was on sale.

    Upgraded from the older model with A model chip. Very fast and good, most likely will last me for a long time, since M chip is very powerful and can't be fully utilized on ipadOS.

    Love using this ipad! It’s great for taking notes, making schedules, and so much more! I use it everyday because it is just so practical . It really helps me stay organized and on track. Oh AND ITS PURPLE

    I have loved my new iPad. I wish the batteries life was better. I am not sure if the magic pad is what drains the power as I don’t use it that much without the keyboard. Works well with the magic pen as well. I love to use it for hand writing with in work applications.

    I had a 10.5" iPad Pro (2017) that was not holding charge well any more with a battery health of 80% so I decided to trade it in for a gift card and wait for the 2024 iPad as replacement. On reviewing my use case (YouTube, Pandora, iHeart, casual Web browsing and email), I came to the conclusion that the 5th Gen iPad Air already meets my needs and I would save at least $250 instead of waiting and getting a 2024 iPad when it comes out. I’m happy with my decision and enjoying my new iPad Air. Best Buy has a great trade-in program and pricing for new iPads
