    If I could give zero or negative stars I would. The Touch ID will not work on this iPad. I did not realize that Best Buy’s return/exchange policy is so short! I am under treatment for cancer and most days I don’t want to get out of bed. But, I was going to have help today to go to Best Buy only to discover that on this the 17th day since it was delivered I am too late. Unbelievable on both counts, a new apple product doesn’t work (either has the Siri on my new iPhone 15) and now my only option is to go to the mall to the Apple Store. Hmm, we’ll see how long it takes me to get there. Not happy to say the least.

    I've used Tablet mini 2nd generation so far, so it's a qualitative and technological gap. I can't say anything bad because I've owned it for a few weeks. Appearance and refresh rate at a sufficient level, It is only a little heavy if we operate it in the air. In addition, a slightly smaller matrix would be enough. For the quality of workmanship and compatibility with my devices from the apple company, such as Air Tags, Air Pods PRO, IPhone 14PRO, 13PRO, 12PRO at the highest level. I recommend it as an alternative to the iPad Pro.

    I traded in my 2018 iPad for the iPad Air because it was overheating while using the Notes app. This iPad does the same but i still really like it!

    This iPad is a great buy, was on sale when I bought it at $537 after tax instead of $599 retail but I would’ve have paid the retail without hesitation everything is smooth from display, apps, videos and Apple Pencil makes it even more exciting, I was torn between iPadair5 and the iPad mini for months and just went with my gut and I definitely came out with the right buy !
