||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the iPad Air from Best Buy, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The sleek design and lightweight feel make it incredibly portable and easy to use on the go. The 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display is stunning, with vibrant colors and sharp details, perfect for streaming, reading, and editing photos. Performance-wise, the iPad Air is a powerhouse. The A14 Bionic chip ensures everything runs smoothly, whether I'm multitasking between apps, playing graphics-intensive games, or using productivity tools for work. The battery life is impressive, lasting me a full day of heavy use without needing to recharge. I also appreciate the compatibility with the Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard, which have transformed my iPad Air into a versatile tool for both creativity and productivity. The seamless integration with other Apple devices makes it easy to stay connected and share content effortlessly. The camera quality is great for video calls and capturing moments on the fly, and the sound quality is surprisingly good for such a slim device. Overall, I highly recommend the iPad Air for anyone looking for a powerful, versatile, and portable tablet. Best Buy’s purchasing and customer service experience was also top-notch, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

It’s meh…
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product is just like the iPhone but bigger, it’s not that great. The color is supposed to be purple but it’s more on the grey side. There not nothing really unique about the product.

not as good as i expected
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not very happy. I installed this on my brand new iPad Air 5th gen. The alcohol prep pad was dry so i had to use alcohol i had in the house. it says it bubble free and its not. I followed all the directions and used the install template and still ended up with a bunch of bubbles so i will most likely be returning it.

Open box is a scam.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this open box iPad Air 5 gen in “excellent” condition, got told it was retuned a day later with no issues reported and it was throughly tested. turned it on and set it up about 3 days later while it remained in the box until then. I had lines going across the screen of dead pixels. Called Best Buy support spoke to 2 different people that I couldn’t hardly understand and they said if I take it back it would be replace fully and at no charge since I was in the “10-14” day window. So I went back to the original store of purchase over a hour away. And was offered to get my money back and pay the difference of a new one or pay the different of another open box ( that probably wasn’t gonna work properly away). Defeating the whole purpose of a replacement because it didn’t get properly tested. So I took it to Apple and they replaced it for me and sent it to my house. Another thing Best Buy couldn’t do for me. Would I recommend this. Don’t buy open box because they clearly don’t test well enough.

Love the iPad air 5th gen
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used many different iPads over the years. The iPad Air is a great tablet overall. Pros: good screen size, not to big, not to small. Build quality is superb. Almost all iPad pro 11 accessories will work with this iPad meaning a large selection of accessories are available. M1 processor is future proof. Very responsive and snappy. Usb c is great to have. Screen looks very good. Battery life is good. Syncs with all your apple devices if your in the Apple ecosystem. Stereo speakers are decent for what they are. Cons: no pro motion 120 hz refresh rate. When using certain cases touch id doesnt work very well. I use a zugu case on mine and I find myself having to put my finger on the touch id button a few times to get it to unlock. Storage is 64 gb for the base model, way to small for 2022. Overall its a great tablet, future proof processor, apple pencil gen 2 support, great looking screen, and a bunch of accesories available for it.
