Decided to go with the 64GB because I didn’t think I’d need much storage for what I plan on using it for. I’m Happy with the purchase. It’s fast, light, and works seamlessly with the other apple products I own.

I opted for the iPad Air because of the cost and processing power. The size notwithstanding, it's overall been an excellent purchase. I like that it has the Apple Pen integration and use that often during my work. Taking notes is super easy and because the Apple Notepad has cross functionality with my phone, I can take notes on the iPad and then view them on my iPhone. This comes in very useful in creating my shopping lists on the iPad and then when shopping, I view the lists on my iPhone. It's very handy. I chose the base option (64GB and Wi-Fi only) because I have the apple cloud and streaming makes it irrelevant to have a bunch of movies and music downloaded. If you do find yourself in a spot without Wi-Fi and you can't tether it to your phone or you're out of data, then having a bunch of stuff downloaded would be helpful. That said, I don't find myself in that kind of spot very often, so it didn't seem completely necessary to get a ton of storage and cell service.

What isn’t to like about this iPad? Easy set up, crystal clear picture while streaming, and easy to use. Was pleased and surprised that the newer iPads still have Touch ID and that a caps lock button has been added to the keyboard! I received this as a gift, and couldn’t be happier! Only problem was I accidentally ordered it in purple, but I’m actually starting to get used to it and you don’t see too much of the color with the case on it, and the purple is so light, you can barely tell that it is purple!

I love my iPad Air (5th Gen). It’s hands down one of the best investments I’ve made for school. Whether I’m taking notes during lectures, working on homework, or reviewing materials for labs, it handles everything effortlessly. It makes everything feel smooth, even when I have multiple apps open. Pairing it with the Apple Pencil (2nd Gen) has completely changed how I study—it feels just like writing on paper but better. Plus, it’s lightweight, so I can carry it anywhere without feeling weighed down. Honestly, I have no complaints. The battery lasts all day, it’s fast, and it just makes schoolwork so much easier. If you’re looking for a device that can keep up with everything school throws at you, the iPad Air 5th Gen is 100% worth it.

Camera is pretty good. The lock button is also compatible with TOUCH ID. Audio is actually pretty impressive. I love the setup it offers, the settings were easy to get through and set up. I have over 100+ apps for school and it handles it really well. Haven’t experienced a single problem. Display is quite nice. The color is awesome! The battery life lasts me 2 days on a full charge and doing 6 hours of school work each day. A little less if you have a c port to iPhone charger and use to charge your iphone. Also work with a dual c port to charge other phones.

I love the specs on it and the speed. The only thing is that the camera has no Flash. And I bought this for my daughter who turned 13 and she uses it for her short story videos that she creates using a multiple of apps. So she uses the camera alot. But as you can see below it still takes great pictures. I plan to purchase a pen in the near future because It compliments the IPAD with the magnet feature to sit on the iPad and charge.

For a few weeks, I've been using the iPad Air for school, and it has been useful in studying. Because of its sleek operation and compatibility with the Apple Pencil, it is useful for taking notes. But I've noticed two problems. First off, the battery doesn't last as long as I had hoped; instead of the 10 hours promised, it typically lasts around 6-7 hours. Second, it can become uncomfortable when it gets a little warm after prolonged use. Despite these flaws, it has been a helpful tool for school, and I look forward to using it more in the future

The M1 chip really makes this iPad quite fast. The 10.9 inch screen size is perfect and the screen is very bright and vibrant. I really wish this iPad had four speakers, because this is where the difference in sound quality and audio immersiveness becomes very noticeable between the iPad Air and the iPad Pro. Overall it is a great purchase, and it will receive software updates for many years to come.

iPad Air 5 review and Comparison

I bought the iPad Air 5 to upgrade from the iPad Pro 10.5, but it was not a good idea. I am a college student and let me tell you why I didn’t like it. The battery life of this iPad after using split screen with good notes and safari went down about 50% within 3 hours. I watched some YouTube videos and this model had the worst battery life of them all. I noticed and researched that the screen near the bottom heated up faster and hotter than other models with the new processor while using indoors. The Touch ID worked when it wanted. I took multiple Scans of my whole finger and used with dry/clean hands, but it still didn’t work every other time I tried to use it. The speed of loading web pages was just about equal when I compared the two. Things I did like was the new modern design, Touch ID power button when working, and color. Pros outweighed cons for me, so I returned and got a refurbished iPad Pro that I’m much happier with. You could also consider the 4th gen iPad Air 4! Hope this helps :)

The iPad offers a compelling combination of powerful performance, a stunning display, and a vast selection of apps through the App Store. Its versatility caters to both productivity and entertainment needs, making it a reliable device for various tasks. The build quality is excellent, and the integration with the Apple Pencil enhances its creative capabilities. While it's a premium product with a corresponding price, the overall experience justifies the investment for users seeking a high-quality tablet.
