I am in love with this IPAD. And take it with me everywhere I go to take pictures and video. It has a great battery life as well. Also use it for digital planning with the Apple Pencil

Ipads are the best, air version specifically. I tried an android tablet and it was bad. Ipad air specifically is a happy medium between basic ipad that will struggle with performance a year or two after purchase and ipad pro which has a bit better specs but is a lot more expensive. It’s faster than my ipad pro which i bought couple years ago.

its good. does what it needs to do. Chip is way stronger than it needs to be which is great. It's very comfortable to hold (more comfortable than the Samsung tablet S8 or S9 but that could be because I had a case that held the S-pen). I only gave it 3/5 stars because the Samsung S8 writes better, comes with the pen, multitasks better when split screen, has a way better display (AMOLED 120Hz vs iPad 60Hz), upgradable storage and cheaper. BUT I kept the iPad and switch all my devices over to apple this past week just because the apple ecosystem is a bit more intuitive and integrates quicker and more seamlessly than the Samsung products did. But I digress, the Apple Pencil had to be purchased separately, the display is very dated but the chip is strong so I guess I prefer that over the display.

This is my third IPad Air. All purchased at BestBuy. They are small, light and very fast. Excellent product excellent customer service. Look no further you will not regret it.

Worth every penny. Loved the color, it’s little lighter than the purple iPhone. Design is solid as always. Battery backup is also pretty nice for M1 chip.

Just to be fair I returned this unit for a different color. However the iPad air 5th gen is probably the best iPad you can get for the cost. Sure the iPad Pro has a few really nice features like Pro-Motion, brighter screen, and quad speakers but I use my iPad as a consumption device to watch streaming content, to play a few simple games, web browsing, etc. So spending over $800 with tax just to have some features seems a bit overkill. With the iPad air you get a paltry 64gb ssd but you also get the M1 with 8gb ram which means this iPad is supercharged. The liquid retina screen is really nice and the stereo speakers get loud enough and have a good amount of bass. Honestly the only downside is the lack of 128gb ssd storage option. I think this is the best value as you can purchase for well under the retail price and considering other decent tablets there really isn't any competition. Specially with the M1 chip there is nothing that is close in terms of performance. The new M2 iPad Pro would also be an excellent option for those who are artists or use their iPad as a primary computing device. For me the iPad air offers the best value and delivers a fantastic level of performance for the cost. I would like quad speakers and promotion but again the stereo speakers are loud enough and the lack of Pro-Motion isn't a deal breaker but more of a nice to have. Considering the new 10th gen iPad and this iPad air I still feel the air is the better value because of the laminated screen, pencil 2 support and m1 processor with 8gb ram.

Had my last last iPad more then ten years and this was a huge upgrade. Great screen, super fast, integration and powering the keyboard is a huge plus. Looking forward to another decade with this one.

i would recommend this ipad to anyone. such a simple look, but holds a lot of power. Light weight and easily slide in my purse. battery life is great

My wife wanted to get back into art and bought this iPad lol I use pro create. We also got a second generation pencil for her to draw, we’re very happy with both. The iPad is small but the perfect size for her to draw and create her art. Love that it works so well with the software she uses and the Apple Pencil has been key as well. This is mainly what she uses the iPad for and was the reason why she bought one.
