Slow in the beginning, easy later

Very easy to do so, connecting and set up was very easy as well. Although, downloading apps and launching browser took much longer than necessary in the beginning. But, after the initial setup I was able to customize it without any further issues.

Staff Rocks…Oh yea the product is good so far

Still reviewing the product but so far it is good. Shout out to Lenovo PC representative Mark at Chula Vista as he was persuasive, honest & knowledgeable about PC products. Other shout outs to staff Emily, Jose with Apple & Sebastian who assisted me with my many questions and original purchase. Third shout out to Carlos in Geek Squad as he was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. Final super shout outs to Santiago and JC as they accommodated my price match! You all rock! Keep the great customer service up!

I had the previous version of ipad air which I gave it to my niece to study and research which she was in need. So we needed another one and bought the 5th Gen. It's excellent so far. The price we bought it for is also worth. As we all know Best Buy is good at its prices

Set my alarms look at cameras text FaceTime all of that fun stuff just off my iPad I highly recommend an iPad.
