Worth the buy! Great battery life, no bugs, clean modern display. I got it at a great price deal during the Black Friday sale. It has wonderful connectivity and would recommend investing in it rather than getting the older I-pad models. Plus, the delivery was right on time.

It maintains the sleek and modern design of the previous generation with a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display. The bezels are thin, and it supports Touch ID integrated into the top button.

This iPad has been an amazing purchase. I bought at the beginning of the year when I started med school and so far it has worked perfectly. I primarily use it for note taking (I would highly recommend Goodnotes for this) and reading my textbooks on pdf. The functionality is smooth and a 10.9 inch size is just right. I would not recommend going any smaller if you are looking to do more extensive notetaking or PowerPoint review.
Initially I was concerned about the windows/apple compatibility as I use a pc, but with one note and one driv, which I downloaded directly on the iPad, I’ve had not issues and smooth transition between the iPad and my laptop.
I don’t any additional power is necessary for school purposes, I run complete anatomy, which is a particularly heavy program, on the iPad with no problems.

As a university student studying music, I find this iPad ideal for taking notes and reading sheet music. The M1 processor provides more than ample speed for what I need. The battery life lasts virtually all day, however keep in mind that I don't use my iPad for gaming or viewing YouTube. Regarding durability, I suggest purchasing a screen protector or a case for it, as I'm not entirely sure if it would be okay without one. Overall, this device is great, and I highly recommend it!

The iPad is very good, it responds very smoothly, the camera has a lot to be desired but it is acceptable for the price it has, it is undoubtedly highly recommended for beginners to use 3d design programs and draw it is incredible, but if you are a professional I would tell you to look for the next generation

I’ve been loving the tablet so far, I got the iPad Air after I sold my previous MacBook Air because it was too bulky to carry around after I graduated. This tablet is very light, the bandwidth is great for work and typing papers, and the display is very clear and crisp.

Great tablet. It's the perfect size for watching movies and streaming TV shows.
The screen colors are vibrant and accurate, it's no OLED for sure but it not to be snubbed either.
Charges at a decent speed, no concerns or issues there.
The touchscreen itself is definitely an update compared to the base model iPad. Defo worth the money especially if you can get it on sale like I did.
Go ahead and purchase, you won't be disappointed.

I love my new iPad Air! As a college student, it helps me take notes, study, and stay organized. Whenever I’m not studying, I watch shows. The screen and display is amazing too. Having intricate and detailed orientated material and apps and having an iPad Air that shows great demographics is the icing on the cake for me. Not to mention having a great camera to take pictures with. So I strongly encourage anyone, more specifically college students, to invest in this and an Apple Pencil! It’s a lifesaver!

A Major and Worthwhile Upgrade from the Base iPad

Upgrading to the iPad Air from the base iPad has been an excellent decision. The wireless charging for the Apple Pencil is a massive convenience, eliminating the hassle of plugging it in. The speed of the new chip makes a noticeable difference, even in everyday tasks — apps open quicker, multitasking is smoother, and everything feels more responsive. The speakers are surprisingly high-quality, providing rich sound for music or video. The camera also impresses for video calls, offering clear, sharp images. The bright screen is a standout, making it easy to view content even in well-lit environments. Overall, the iPad Air delivers a premium experience that’s well worth the upgrade.

I Am In Love With My iPad! My iPad's unboxing was enjoyable. Since I recently acquired an iPad, I don't think I will ever need the Apple Pencil. In fact, over the past week, I have grown to actually enjoy it. A benefit are the arcade games I received for free for the following three months. Last but not least, it's a fair size and not too hefty for me to carry. The battery life is INCREDIBLE; I left my iPad unplugged from the charger all day long and it lasted.

Two months in, this is an incredible iPad. I was upgrading from the 8th gen, looking to get something that will last me for several years to come. I had initially purchased the 10th gen iPad, but the non-laminated display felt cheap to me for the price point. Within a week however, the iPad Air 5th gen went on sale for $100 off so I returned the 10th gen and got this one instead. In nearly all facets, this iPad Air is superior. It is very fast, the screen is nice, USB-C charging is great. This iPad has far more power than I’ll ever need and for how I use it. The only negative I feel is the battery life is not that great, especially compared to the other iPad models. Aside from battery life, I am very happy with this iPad.

Great upgrade over me having the previous 3rd gen air model. Much quicker and more responsive. If you want a good iPad that’s not a pro or 10th gen I would recommend this model. I got in on sale for $100 less. Worth it! I’m still not a fan of the fingerprint to unlock compared to face ID, but it still works better than the previous generations.

I love my ipad! It does everything I need it to do and is so portable and easy to take with me anywhere. You could use a phone but phones are squinty and with a Zagg keyboard / case it’s indispensable to me. Definitely will buy again!

This tablet has a lot of power for the price being it has an M1 Chip and 8GB of ram. It never ever felt taxed or slow. The build is premium and it works with the new Apple Pencil which is great. It also has the newer edge to edge design which makes it feel modern. The price was great since I got it for 500 dollars on sale. Having USB C is a huge advantage as it means I can hook up to an external display and get faster charging speeds.
On the other hand…. the fingerprint scanner is annoyingly small and doesn’t always read my fingerprint. It often takes multiple tries to read it. The bezels are really thick and are an annoyance. I bought this tablet a month ago and found that for my needs an m1 refurbished iPad Pro was a better fit and so I traded in my iPad Air.
Verdict: Someone who is looking for a powerful tablet for a good price, it’s hard to beat this. But I suggest you try out the fingerprint scanner to see if you can live with it.
