So far so good. My third iPad Air. Seems to be much like others. Not a fan of location of Touch ID. APPLE doesn’t make a case to protect sides.

I think the product has a manufacturing defect. Hang out in a few minutes. Total waste of money. I bought it, and it was with an issue. Within 15 days, I returned and ordered another one with the same issue. My daughter does not use it. I would not suggest to buy it. Better to buy the old model. Two years back, I bought it for myself; it works well.

Lasted a month before black botches show against a white background. Tech sent it back saying it’s fine. Clown circus in Repair center!

No problems. Just went with a different model that my family preffered better. Color option was the deciding gactor for us.

This iPad is one of the worst products to buy at BestBuy. I have never bought a product that bad in my life. I will rather use my iPad 1 then buy another iPad from the apple store. I will really give zero stars, but I can't. Never Again!!!!

This is a gift for a teenager. Unfortunately the store did not have the model we wanted, but she is happy with this one.

Still learning it and not overly impressed for the amount I paid. Do not understand what the big deal is about.

I was unaware of the fact that the generation pencil that would go with a new iPad would be the first generation. Also that you needed to buy an attachment to charge and to link the pencil. Apparently there was a shortage and unavailable to purchase at this time. Ended up returning the iPad and buying a more expensive iPad that was comparable with the pencil GEN two

I am absolutely disappointed at Best Buy for the audacity of shipping me a very dirty opened box excellent condition Apple Ipad Air 5th Generation, with a scratch on the screen. I immediately returned it and customer service was not helpful whatsoever! This was the worst item that I have ever purchased from Best Buy. The quality of service has definitely decreased! Very, very disgruntled!

I’m giving this iPad 3 stars because the battery life is around 4 hours

The iPad is super fast, easy to use, and the screen looks amazing.

I ordered my iPad on Jan 15th and was told it was delivered on Jan 16th but the delivery executive had shipped it to another place and was told I would get my replacement the next day but it’s been 2 weeks and nothing has happened now I’m down 550$

Awful. This was the first choice of mine. The screen would not stay on. Battery was not holding a charge and although the display stated battery charge was 80% it died back to back and was not. Returned to get a blue one that was much better. I do not know what this was about or why it sold as excellent condition smh because it was faulty.

I got this iPad air $400 and it is very good tablet to buy. It has fast M1 chip and good display.

It has been 11 DAYS and this ipad STILL has not restored from my old ipad! After searching online, I am not the only one having this issue. I am returning this piece of garbage.

Hdmi output is awful. If you are thinking about connecting this to a display don't do it. The feature set on this is no different than an iPad from years prior.

I give this a one star because I wanted to buy this iPad Air whilst doing a trade in on my mint condition iPad 9th gen. Although when I sent them my iPad for evaluation they told me it was in fact a 8th gen and broken. I feel absolutely scammed, please don’t purchase.

They gave me the wrong GB size. I was not impressed at all
