I'm very disappointed it the scrolling power touch screen should work so promptly but unfortunately, it doesn't work smoothly, I have to touch it multiple times sometimes to open pages or video clips .my iPhone 12 Pro man better than the iPad Air 5th Gen. sounds quality very poor my phone is much louder than this iPad air, unfortunately, I opened it lately that's why I had to keep it & caused me to return it on time. another issue I found zooming in pictures some pictures cant zoom in. I wish they could make it a more powerful & much faster touchscreen, another thing to keep in mind wifi+ cellular, cellular works only for data which means you can be able to use this iPad when out of wifi but remember you can't make a phone call but can call using fb, what's app, Viber, IMO, etc(cellular doesn't means it will work as like your regular phone, so before buying figure out possibly everything, do not regret after math

No instructions came with the unit. The fingerprint ID is very sensitive and sometimes doesn't work very well.

It works great. Sufficient for what I need it for. I just wish I could figure out how to get the battery to last longer.

So far so god and still learning. Expensive and add-ons cost as much as the unit.

I paid full price for this unit and waited for it to be delivered. The unit would not recognize the SIM card. A tablet with cellular that doesn’t recognize the cellular is a complete fail. Best Buy was not interested in a remedy and refused to expedite a replacement. I’ll buy my electronics from elsewhere in the future.

As an “average user” this is by far the best iPad I’ve purchased yet. Great feel, weight, battery life, and for a “mid-range” iPad, incredibly powerful processing! Everything works as described, no complaints thus far. Beautiful screen, super fast processor, no screen lag, what’s not to like? Only feature I wish was added is LIDAR capability - but my choice on cost vs. benefits. (Also recommend the Apple brand keyboard/cover if within budget, outstanding & durable tho pricey)

I sent in a trade in they said it defective but even if it had a issue with no cosmetic damage I should’ve received some type of credit

Bigger than my current tablet - managed to set it up by myself, almost took it to the Geek Squad but managed to muddle through it. It's lightweight and easy to use. Great so far!
