I bought this new iPad after an OLD iPad began having trouble. Many of my friends buy refurbished iPad products and it's hard to argue about the cost savings when you hear about so many good experiences. I use this iPad for work though, and didn't want to take a chance. BOY am I glad I bought this model. It's great! Fast and robust even if it's not top of the line. I will happily stick with this general iPad model and happily work with Best Buy when I need the next equipment for work.

This iPad replaces my old iPad. It is better in every way. Bigger screen, more storage and more user friendly. Have really enjoyed using it so far. Have always been a fan of Apple products and this just reinforces all the reasons why. As an older user, (over 65), I appreciate the easy, straightforward navigation of the device.
