Lightweight, easy to transfer from old ipad. This was a gift for my mother in law

Traded in iPad 9th generation for iPad A16 11th generation. Smooth setup/install on the new iPad as the data was backed up on iCloud. Little bit of learning curve since there is no home button and the Touch ID feature is different. Overall felt as a faster device with longer battery life than the previous 9th generation. Made a good decision with the trade in.

The color of this iPad is incredible, the yellow online looks closer to sunshine yellow, but it's like a delicate mix of that and gold and it looks really nice! The buying experience through best buy was great as always, although the shipping took a little bit longer than expected. I understand it was close to the holidays, so no lost points there.

Does everything I need it to do. I purchased to use with the owlet baby monitor app and eventually when my son get older I will give it to him. iPad does exactly what it is supposed to do it’s fast with no delays and doesn’t drop the WiFi connection.Raneen the sales manager was great she helped me trade in my Samsung tablet and purchase a case and made sure I had everything I needed.

Best gift for my growing daughter, although the delivery was a mess since the Roadie driver delivered to the wrong house and I was unable to get my purchase, however best buy was able to fully refund my purchase for the inconvenience it caused. Overall the experience was smooth and fast. She is now enjoying her gift.

Like my new iPad which replaces one that went missing after having it for a long time so needed a new one anyway. Like that it has 128 GB Mostly use it for reading at the beach and while flying or when I travel which is why I replaced it now as I was going on a trip. very user friendly. Always have Apple products, phone and laptop in addition to my I-pad.

Able to upgrade my elderly mom’s older ipad tonyhis newer version. Despite the changes to the logon access (no home button) my mom was able to work through access to the device. Mom uses on-line streaming and has seem good battery life. The ability to trafe in the old device for a better discountvwas a plus. Customer service as exceptional. Thank you.
