I purchased this tablet for my mother in law to listen and watch her favorite shows. She turned 80 years old but gets around and thinks like a 40 year old. She absolutely loves this tablet. I purchased the warranty just in case something should go wrong and set it up for her also. We love shopping at hest buy for our families electronics needs and they give great service thanks for making my mother in laws surprise birthday a surprise.

In exchange for my son’s iPad series 9, I purchased this device, and it has surpassed expectations in every aspect. It boasts twice the storage capacity of the 9, and the most significant advantage, in my opinion, is its use of Type-C charging, which significantly enhances its charging speed. My son is delighted with the upgrade, and I share his satisfaction. I express my gratitude to Best Buy for simplifying and expediting the purchasing process.

A lot of bang for the buck. Very happy with my Apple tablet and Best Buy to save me money by keeping the prices down.

Over all the iPad works good. We do miss the turn off button and the home button at bottom of screen. Some apps work differently on new iPad. Battery life is good. The screen is clear. Sound is good. My wife uses it much more than me to play jigsaw puzzles.

My daughter absolutely loves this ipad! I got it for her for her 18th birthday so she had to use in college. She has a Mac book pro and wanted an ipad also. The only down fall is we bought a magic mouse to go with it because a customer service representative said that it would pair with the ipad. It pairs but then you can't see a mouse cursor on the ipad. But other than that my daughter loves it.

This is such a wonderful Christmas gift, I got this for my teenage sister as she just started her own business and needed it to plan her creation. She was so overjoyed and uses it every day!

This was purchased as an upgrade from a 7th generation iPad that could not upgrade past iOS and 18. The extra storage and speed has been great, plus USB-C makes it easier and more universal for charging.
