This is my first iPod... I know right! Anyhow, I bought it mainly to control my music streaming and stereo receiver. I also found it wonderful for traveling and getting/sending emails. I dislike using my phone for emailing and my 27" iMac doesn't fit in my suitcase so this is great size wise. Being on the lower end of iPads didn't matter to me. If you plan on loading it up with apps and programs that need more processing power or storage space you're going to have to spend a little more. This iPad is plenty for my needs. The 11" screen is a great middle range size.

Bought as a Christmas gift for fiancee, She hasnt put it down since unwrapping it. A new ipad for $300? Yes. Useful for media consumption, drawing with the usb c pencil, and some productivity here and there.

I had a very old version of Apple IPad when I decided it was time for an upgrade. I was greeted immediately by a sales associate who helped me with my purchase. I am not very tech savvy so I was glad that my sales associate was able to guide me through the process. The fellow that assisted me was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the products. He did not try to upsell and gave me great advice. Based on my positive in store experience I will shop Best Buy when I’m in the market for tech devices. My Apple IPad was up and running very quickly. It is a big improvement over my circa 2015 model IPad.

I wanted to complete my iPhone purchase with a "matching" iPad! Apple products have been great and this purchase adds to having a great technology tool in my hands with multiple functions. I appreciate being able to catch this one on sale!

Purchased online. It was quick, easy and had no issues. The iPad arrived quickly and just as advertised. Have had no issues at all. Best But made everything quick and simple! Bought this for my elderly mom and she is very happy with it!! No issues, easy to set up.

Extremely satisfied and excited about our iPad! It has been primarily used by my 11yr old daughter, and held up perfectly over the course of our recent long road trip (9 hours each direction!)... She has commented on how much faster it process vs. our old iPad, and she has described the blue color as "the coolest color ever."

great gift for my teen daughter. she loves the size and quality of the screen. the color is bright pink just like the picture shows. it is easy to maneuver and she really enjoys the camera.

Bought this to play a mobile game. And to read along with other things. And it works perfect for online gaming. And you can get a basics case with keyboard and it helps now as a on the go basic laptop.

I bought my iPad from Best Buy and overall I’m happy with the product quality — the device works great and matched what I ordered. I appreciated the selection and price. However, like many others, I think their customer service and return experience can be inconsistent depending on which store or rep you deal with. Some people have great experiences, while others have had to work harder to fix order issues.

Excellent iPad -- Fast and it charges quickly. The setup was easy and my 90 year old Mother is able to navigate it really well.
